The full command is:\n\n\u003e /Users/phil/.phpbrew/php/php-5.5.17/bin/php -n -dshort_open_tag=0 -dopen_basedir= -derror_reporting=1803 -dmemory_limit=-1 -ddetect_unicode=0 /Users/phil/.virtphp/envs/foo-env/share/install-pear-nozlib.phar -d \"/Users/phil/.virtphp/envs/foo-env/share/php\" -b \"bin\" -c \"etc\" \n\nWe're expecting the files to appear in `/Users/phil/.virtphp/envs/foo-env/share/php`.\n\nHelp me. I can't get an article finished until this actually works and im onto the last paragraph.
