Description: This pr is precursor to subsequent pr's that i will be sending in my free time. In this pr I've favored the use of poetry for build the package instead of the setup.py file that is currently used for building the package. poetry is more modern and easy to work with. I saw a pending issue on generating documentation for this project. once this pr is accepted, I also plan to use mkdocs for the documetation of the project similar to this pypastack2 docs
