Description: Description This is a metrics-improvement papercut. Very frequently, the diagnostic bundles contain very little logs and we can only rely on what is recorded in the metrics. Thus, it would be good to keep them at decent quality. I did the following operations: Ask AI to find all histograms without units. Then I added the units to the HELP text. Ask AI to find all metrics where HELP text could be improved and asked it to improve them. I read all new help text and verified they are correct and are relatively easy to understand. I analyzed 3 various metric dumps from real clusters (manually) and identified such histogram metrics that have relatively many observations in the '+Inf' bucket. That is a suggestion that we have too few buckets for those metrics. I added 2-4 extra buckets to those metrics (based on gut-feeling). AI-assistance: only as described above. User-facing documentation CHANGELOG.md is updated OR update is not needed documentation PR is created and is linked above OR is not needed Testing and quality the change is production ready: the change is GA, or otherwise the functionality is gated by a feature flag CI results are inspected Automated testing added unit tests added e2e tests added regression tests added compatibility tests modified existing tests How I validated my change Not run (metrics help text updates and bucket tuning only)
