Pasting email contents below:\n\n--------------------------------------------------------------------\n\nI think I understand the problem though. During build setup you put all of your \nlibrary/binary files in cef3/[os]/ setup/binaries. If you switch branches those \nbinary files would cause issues. Maybe you just need to namespace things then?\n\nHave a directory structure like this:\n\ncef3/[os]/build/[branch]/\n\nWhere [branch] contains the directories:\n32\n - binary\n - installer\n - library\n64\n -binary\n -installer\n - library\n\nMake it so the build directory never gets committed in the .gitignore. Maybe \nyou could update your command script to create the above directory structure \nfor a given name and copy all of the install files/demo files in to their \nappropriate places. Something like:\n\ncompile.bat -make test, which would create a directory cef3/[os]/build/test/ \nwith the above directories. Then you could fill in those directories with the \nappropriate files automatically.\n\nThis would allow you to keep the directories across branches and keep from \ncommitting them to the repository.\n```\n\nOriginal issue reported on code.google.com by `czarek.t...@gmail.com` on 21 Apr 2015 at 6:12\n- Blocking: #172\n","author":{"url":"https://github.com/GoogleCodeExporter","@type":"Person","name":"GoogleCodeExporter"},"datePublished":"2016-01-10T12:03:14.000Z","interactionStatistic":{"@type":"InteractionCounter","interactionType":"https://schema.org/CommentAction","userInteractionCount":2},"url":"https://github.com/178/cefpython/issues/178"}
