The output remains the same regardless of this setting.\r\n\r\n##### Environment\r\n- Operating System: Windows NT 10.0\r\n- JDK version: 16.0.27 Hotspot\r\n- Visual Studio Code version: 1.60.1 (user setup)\r\n- Java extension version: v0.82.0\r\n\r\n##### Steps To Reproduce\r\n1. Use a custom formatter for Java\r\n2. Change the option `org.eclipse.jdt.core.formatter.comment.clear_blank_lines_in_javadoc_comment` to true, either in the formatter preview, or directly via the xml.\r\n3.
