{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"DiscussionForumPosting","headline":"Cannot build from source: ng-packagr@12.0.0 does not support LTS Node version","articleBody":"**Angular DevTools version (required)**: latest\r\n\r\n_Description of issue:_\r\n\r\nAttempting to build from source with the new LTS version of nodejs `\u003ev16.10.0` results in installation failing because the version of `ng-packagr@12.0.0` is only compatible with `node \u003e=12.14.1 \u003c16.0.0`. \r\n\r\nI checked, and the recent versions of `ng-packagr` do support  `\u003ev16.10.0`, so it should just be a matter of updating that dependency.\r\n\r\n_Steps to reproduce:_\r\n\r\n1. Install Node LTS\r\n\r\n2. Clone Repo\r\n\r\n3. Run `yarn` (or any other install method)\r\n\r\n_Additional details:_\r\n\r\nThe actual errors: \r\n\r\n```\r\nerror ng-packagr@12.0.0: The engine \"node\" is incompatible with this module. Expected version \"\u003e=12.14.1 \u003c16.0.0\".
