See for example https://github.com/plotly/Plotly.NET/issues/452 https://github.com/plotly/Plotly.NET/issues/371 - it even required me asking one of the libs we depend on to adopt strong naming (https://github.com/giraffe-fsharp/Giraffe.ViewEngine/issues/23), and after they declined, re-packaging the repo and distributing a signed version. \r\n\r\nI do not want to maintain all of this this and will drop strong naming support on the next major version.
