Have a `.cz.toml` file:\n    ```toml\n    [tool.commitizen]\n    name = \"cz_conventional_commits\"\n    tag_format = \"v$version\"\n    version_scheme = \"semver2\"\n    version_provider = \"scm\"\n    annotated_tag = true\n    breaking_change_exclamation_in_title = true\n    ```\n 2. Have a series of the following commit messages:\n     - [before_non_bump.md](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/24438263/before_non_bump.md)\n     - [bump.md](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/24438259/bump.md)\n     - [after_non_bump.md](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/24438385/after_non_bump.md)\n 3.
