I have a demo/poster session at BCC2020 (https://bcc2020.github.io/) mid-july and many of your examples would work very well. I could add some of them in Galaxy as Data Library so users could \"import\" the notebooks (without having to clone/use git). We will of course add links to the original repo and notebooks but it could be nice to cite/mention your work. I can't find any citation file.
