You can also use `project.license-files`. (Both options available on setuptools\u003e=77.0.0).\n\n        By 2026-Feb-18, you need to update your project and remove deprecated calls\n        or your builds will no longer be supported.\n\n        See https://packaging.python.org/en/latest/guides/writing-pyproject-toml/#license for details.\n        ********************************************************************************\n```\n\n## Solution\n\n- `license` should map to the appropriate SPDX string for the selected license\n- a new `license-files` key should be added that points to the `LICENSE` file.
