This potentially points to an issue with generating the signed hex/regenerating the transaction hash before broadcast\n\n## Possible Solution\n\n\u003c\u003e\n\n\n## Steps to Reproduce\n\n1. Use the BitGo SDK to create a freeze transaction with resource type specified as BANDWIDTH.
