Versions of utPLSQL without a `UT.VERSION` function are not supported (e.g. v3.0.0.0-Alpha1). \r\n\r\nFeatures are disabled if not available in a version (context menus, oddgen generators) and a error message is written to the error log (visible in the logging pane).
