Changes usethis-python-code-modify skill (v1.6 → v1.7): adds a ### Never add unverified URLs to code comments subsection under the existing "Document auxiliary changes with comments" section, stating: GitHub issue/PR/commit URLs are forbidden in code or test comments unless the URL has been verified to exist and inclusion was explicitly requested Fabricated URLs mislead future readers; plain-language descriptions of context should be used instead
