Description: SubprocessResult dataclass: Modified call_subprocess in _subprocess.py to return both stdout and stderr via a SubprocessResult dataclass instead of a plain string. --no-progress instead of --quiet: Replaced --quiet with --no-progress in call_uv_subprocess so that uv warnings are preserved on stderr while still hiding progress bars. Warning filtering: Updated _surface_stderr_warnings to only surface lines starting with warning: (uv) or Warning: (poetry), stripping the prefix before printing via warn_print. Non-warning stderr output (e.g. "Resolved 31 packages in 265ms") is filtered out. Poetry support: Updated call_poetry_subprocess to surface stderr warnings via the same pattern. Test mocks: Updated all test mocks that monkeypatch call_subprocess to return SubprocessResult. Integration test: Added a real integration test that runs uv init --lib, adds an unpinned dependency directly to pyproject.toml, then runs uv sync --resolution=lowest-direct and verifies the "unpinned" warning is surfaced to the user. Mock-based tests: Added tests for warning surfacing (single-line, multiline, empty stderr, non-warning lines filtered) for both uv and poetry. Test environment cleanup: Stripped VIRTUAL_ENV from os.environ in conftest.py (following the existing UV_PYTHON pattern) to prevent uv from warning about the test runner's activated environment not matching the project environment path in temp directories. Added requires-python to test fixtures that were missing it (TestPytest::test_readme_example and TestCallUVSubprocess::test_handle_missing_version) to prevent the "No requires-python value found" warning. Pre-existing fix: Fixed AGENTS.md 500-line limit violation by adding --skip-private to the export-functions hook. Lesson filed as #1873: prefer dataclasses over named tuples for structured return types.
