Description: Implement dict value support in TOMLFileManager.set_value (recursively flatten dicts into scalar/list set_value calls) Add tests for setting a dict at 1, 2, 3, and 4+ key-depth paths Add tests for nested dicts Add a test for multiple keys + multiply nested dict (test_set_deep_path_with_nested_dict_value) Add tests for exists_ok=True with dict values Add tests for error case (existing key + exists_ok=False) Add test for empty dict value (no-op) Remove hallucinated GitHub issue URLs from test comments Fix pre-existing check-agent-file-sizes failure (--skip-private on export-functions) Run static checks — all pass File lesson on never hallucinating GitHub URLs
