Description: Agents weren't linking PRs back to the issues they address, making traceability harder. Added a bullet in AGENTS.md instructing agents to always reference the relevant issue using a closing keyword format (e.g. Resolves #123) in PR descriptions 💬 Send tasks to Copilot coding agent from Slack and Teams to turn conversations into code. Copilot posts an update in your thread when it's finished.
