Description: Motivation: Add opt-in tracing hooks so developers can see Swift<->JS bridge crossings without shipping extra overhead. Overview: Gate tracing with the Tracing trait in the Swift 6.2+ manifest; fall back to env-controlled enablement for 6.1 to keep compatibility. Provide JSTracing hooks around Swift->JS calls and JSClosure invocations, including method names and closure creation metadata. Document trait usage, add tracing-focused unit tests, and let CI opt out of passing --traits via an env flag in make unittest.
