Description: ELI5 Removes 160 low-value authored test registrations, including 12 whole suites, from 30 reviewed renderer test files. What Changed Deletes launch-plan snapshots, diagnostic-summary/input tallies, anchor no-op guards, supplied unread counts, retained/sleeping identity projections, browser-link selection, overlay/web-client predicates, Windows path-capability guards and query byte-bound examples. Trims eight other suites and removes 12 obsolete CI timing entries. Retains 109 registrations; their callbacks and scopes are unchanged. Why The removed checks mainly compare supplied catalog, signal-priority, path, capability or diagnostic outputs. Background-wake examples also manufacture claim identities or launch results in mocks and then check those same values. Whole suites are deleted when none of their checks justify retention. Linked Issue N/A — maintainer-requested audit; no pre-existing issue was supplied. Visual Proof N/A — test deletions and CI metadata only; no UI or interaction change.
