Description: Bump the TiDB parser to the latest upstream revision (v0.0.0-20260418072757-ce92298d1124). Note: this does not resolve #3401. The latest TiDB parser still does not recognize MariaDB's uuid column type, even with SetMariaDB(true). pingcap/tidb#65007 added UUID functions (UUID_V4, UUID_V7, UUID_VERSION, UUID_TIMESTAMP) but not the column type. https://claude.ai/code/session_01NX1Ept2eQUWQ26qi4HGpKi
