Description: Description The prod releases.xml bundle_md5/bundle_sha256 are now written by sync_code_repo.yml in code-development, which builds the release asset and has its real hashes — so the entry is created with correct hashes in one pass, no false placeholder ever published. This removes the now-duplicate "Update releases.xml checksums (prod branch)" step (and its updates-repo token mint) from the propagation workflow to avoid a second writer. Propagation keeps everything else: asset download, size guard, bundles-repo push, S3 public/bundles/ overwrite, step summary (still reporting md5/sha256). The S3 object and the sync_code-written releases.xml checksum derive from the same release-asset bytes, so they agree by construction. Part of the updates.simplerisk.com feed-automation work (code-development design spec 2026-06-07-updates-feed-automation-design.md).
