Removing the nested config restores those diagnostics.\n\nThe expected behavior is for the nested native config to govern its own scope, while other files continue using the root Rstack lint configuration.\n\nADR 0003 attributes this behavior to a single server process being unable to mix explicit configuration with automatic discovery. Does that restriction need to apply to the entire workspace folder?
