Description: Motivation rs check stops after lint or type errors, hiding formatting problems until a later run. Changes Continue formatting checks in non-fix mode and combine both exit codes so a successful format check cannot hide a lint failure. Keep --fix behavior unchanged, cover both failure results and formatter execution errors, and update the English and Chinese docs. Validated with pnpm build, pnpm --filter rstack build:native, pnpm check, pnpm test (422 passed, 1 skipped), and pnpm check:spell.
