Description: Motivation Verify that editing a local shared config updates App, Lib, and Doc through define.extends(), as proposed in the RFC. Changes Add three standalone shared-config reload tests, preserving the existing reload cases. The App and Doc tests wait for the restarted build and assert the page title before and after the change. The Lib test checks that changing the shared output directory produces files in the new location.
