Description: It's probably already in a nice state, but I'll still have to review this bit, I'm opening this pull request as a WIP to make it public. There's still no crosslinks between translations, so this will still be invisible, but it's a nice step to test it slowly. TODO: Check, add if missing, rsync in salt configuration, as this commit use it. See: https://bugs.python.org/issue26546 and https://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-ideas/2016-March/038879.html
