Description: Part of #95913 Unify the current nearly-duplicate context manager AttributeError -> TypeError items for the keywords and methods into a single item without repeating itself, while being explicit about what keywords/methods correspond to which protocol, and fixing/clarifying the grammar More clearly and descriptively explain the intent and consequences of the new -P option and its environment variable, and fix/clarify the grammar Add/refine Sphinx cross references to various relevant mentioned items where readers can learn more about the changes Apply appropriate and consistent Sphinx semantic syntax Apply other minor grammar, clarity and readability fixes Issue: gh-95913
