Description: The zipfile library supports a compresslevel argument to set the compression level when using gzip and bzip2. This pull request introduces a preset parameter to ZipFile.write, ZipFile.writestr and the constructor of zipfile.ZipFile to control the LZMA filter preset, in line with the capabilities of the tarfile library. Resolves #76909
