Description: Document the deprecation of asyncore, asynchat, and smtpd with a slated removal in Python 3.12 thanks to PEP 594. (cherry picked from commit 7747384) The bit that failed the auto-backport (#31891 (comment)) was the Doc/whatsnew/3.11.rst addition. I didn't add anything to 3.10.rst, but let me know if I should. https://bugs.python.org/issue47022
