Description: getgroups always fails. geteuid and getegid always return 0 (root), which confuse tarfile and tests. hardlinks (link, linkat) always fails. non-encodable file names are not supported by NODERAWFS layer. mark more tests with dependency on subprocess and multiprocessing.
