Description: This was initially added to 3.13 but reverted in #124770, and only from the 3.13 branch. So it's still in main/3.14. If we're keeping it in 3.14, let's update the 3.14 docs. Using the revert PR as a guide, this PR: re-adds the entries originally in "What's New in Python 3.13" to "What's New in Python 3.14" updates the versions in gc.rst from 3.13 to 3.14 cc @markshannon Issue: gh-108362 📚 Documentation preview 📚: https://cpython-previews--125453.org.readthedocs.build/
