Description: This resolves #119995, which had confusing punctuation in the section 3.1.2 of the tutorial. I want to point out an oddity: I explicitly use the double-left-quotation mark character “ instead of the typical " a couple of times, because it seems something about Sphinx's parsing decides to render both as double right quotation marks by default.
