Description: Ensure that trailing slashes are ignored whenever pathlib splits a basename from a dirname. This commit adds test cases for parent, parents, name, stem, suffix, suffixes, with_name(), with_stem(), with_suffix(), relative_to(), is_relative_to(), expanduser(). Any solution for GH-65238 should keep these tests passing.
