Description: Having this in the CI output for tests with the relevant environment variable displayed will help make it easier to do what we need to create an equivalent local test run. This also "fixes" the address sanitizer check to look for --with-address-sanitizer rather than --with-memory-sanitizer which appears to have been a paste error in the original PR that created the test.support.check_sanitizer() function. It hasn't really mattered as the check for the CFLAGS value is what really gets used in practice.
