Description: There have been a few important upstream changes in HACL* that I'd like to bring in, and hopefully backport to the 3.12 branch. Reorganization of files: all of the files are now named Hacl_Hash_XXX Suitable error codes for return values, which enhances code quality Performance improvements for SHA2 (see hacl-star/hacl-star#819) Fix for SHA3 on 32-bit platforms FYI SHA3 is also being integrated into NSS as we speak, hence the active upstream development on making things better.
