I have tried using other Python versions (3.10 - 3.12) and everything works well. It is somewhat strange that this happens only on Python 3.13 REPL in Windows Terminal or Command Prompt. Consider the MRE below:\n\n```python\nfor i in range(10):\n print(i, end='')\n```\nprints: `456789`. Numbers 0, 1, 2, and 3 are missing.\n\nAlso\n```python\nprint('first', end='|')\n```\nprints `t|` instead of `first|`. Characters 'f', 'i', 'r', 's' are missing.\n\nMy specific version is Python 3.13.0. I'd like to know if this is happening because I'm on a Windows machine or is it an issue with Python 3.13.0? Thanks.\n\n### CPython versions tested on:\n\n3.10, 3.11, 3.12, 3.13\n\n### Operating systems tested on:\n\nWindows","author":{"url":"https://github.com/uche-wealth","@type":"Person","name":"uche-wealth"},"datePublished":"2025-01-14T02:31:16.000Z","interactionStatistic":{"@type":"InteractionCounter","interactionType":"https://schema.org/CommentAction","userInteractionCount":8},"url":"https://github.com/128809/cpython/issues/128809"}
