On Windows, install node v24.15.0 either directly or through nvm-windows.\n2. Open Powershell and run `node`\n3. `process.title`, and observe that the result is something like \"Windows Powershell\".\n4. Install node v24.16.0.\n5. Repeat steps 2-3\n\n### How often does it reproduce? Is there a required condition?\n\nIt happens every time.\n\n### What is the expected behavior? Why is that the expected behavior?\n\nEXPECTED: The output should be \"Windows Powershell\" as it was in every version prior to this.
