Run the test via console\n\n    ```powershell\n    node --test --test-reporter=junit \".\\junit.test.mts\"\n    ```\n\n3. Check the report from stdout.\n\n### How often does it reproduce? Is there a required condition?\n\nAlways.\n\n### What is the expected behavior? Why is that the expected behavior?\n\n- `failure` element should have a correct `message` attribute.
