Reported issue is first test case.\r\n\r\n### How often does it reproduce? Is there a required condition?\r\n\r\nProvided the target of `mkdir` is a read only filesystem and the directory does not already exist, this issue reproduces 100% of the time.\r\n\r\n### What is the expected behavior?
