If possible please provide textual output instead of screenshots.\r\n--\u003e\r\n\r\nBuilding image succeeds.\r\n\r\n## Current Behavior\r\n\r\nBuilding fails due to failure to fetch GPG keys. The errors look like this:\r\n\r\n```\r\ngpg --batch --keyserver hkp://ipv4.pool.sks-keyservers.net --recv-keys 94AE36675C464D64BAFA68DD7434390BDBE9B9C5\r\ngpg: keyserver receive failed: No name\r\n```\r\n\r\nAnd then later on you get a `gpg: keyserver receive failed: No keyserver available`. \r\n\r\nSome keys succeed if they're mirrored at pgp.mit.edu, but all keys that are only hosted on sks-keyservers.net will fail to download. https://sks-keyservers.net explains why:\r\n\r\n\u003e Update 2021-06-21: Due to even more GDPR takedown requests, the DNS records for the pool will no longer be provided at all.\r\n\r\n## Possible Solution\r\n\r\n\u003c!--\r\nSuggest a fix/reason for the bug in case you have an idea.\r\n--\u003e\r\n\r\n- Use a specific keyserver directly instead of pool address\r\n- Get Node releasers to [permit their user IDs be hosted on keys.openpgp.org](https://keys.openpgp.org/about/privacy) (otherwise the key [can't be received by `gpg`](https://dev.gnupg.org/T4393))\r\n\r\n## Steps to Reproduce\r\n\r\n`docker build 16/buster-slim`, but I assume this affects all Dockerfiles.\r\n\r\n## Additional Information\r\n\r\n\u003c!--\r\nTell us anything else you think we should know.\r\n--\u003e\r\n\r\nFixing Nodejs release key distribution is tracked in https://github.com/nodejs/admin/issues/456 and its linked issues.
