(i.e. what is `\"python.jediEnabled\"` set to; more info microsoft/vscode-python#3977): This setting doesn't exist\r\n-   Value of the `python.languageServer` setting: Microsoft\r\n\r\n## Steps to reproduce:\r\n\r\nCreate a file with the following two lines:\r\n\r\n    x = 3\r\n    print(y)\r\n\r\nRun the command \"Python: Run Linting\".  \r\n\r\n## Logs\r\n\r\nNo log appears in Output for Python code or Developer panel.  However, there is a Python error (jediProxy Error) that shows up in the Developer panel.
