Description: Work Item / Issue Reference AB# GitHub Issue: # Summary This pull request updates the project to version 1.3.0 and introduces several bug fixes, infrastructure improvements, and code cleanups. The most notable changes are the resolution of critical bugs, updates to CI infrastructure, and removal of unused code. Bug Fixes: Fixed segmentation fault in libmsodbcsql-18.5 during SQLFreeHandle() to improve stability (#415). Removed unused decimal separator code and added regression tests to prevent related issues (#384). CI/Infrastructure Improvements: Updated es-metadata.yml to schema v1.0.0 to align with the latest metadata standards (#416). Fixed S360 CodeQL finding in PR validation to resolve stale snapshot issues (#407, #417). Code Cleanup: Removed unused methods from helpers.py to streamline the codebase (#399). Version Updates: Bumped version number to 1.3.0 in __init__.py and setup.py to reflect the new release. [1] [2]
