This is done in environment_setup/arm-templates/cloud-environment.json with this line of code:  _\"amlWorkspaceName\": \"[concat(parameters('baseName'),'-AML-WS')]_\".\r\n\r\nDuring the ci pipeline build (_.pipelines/azdo-ci-build-train.yml_), code_test.py is executed and it starts by setting up the workspace parameters.  _workspace_name_ is derived from the variable group parameter “AML_WORKSPACE_NAME”.  When AML_WORKSPACE_NAME differs from amlWorkspaceName, the tests and ci pipeline fail.  \r\n\r\nSince AML workspace names do not need to be unique across the service, recommend that the deployment script be changed to use the parameter in the variable group AML_WORKSPACE_NAME rather than derive the name using the BASE_NAME parameter.    \r\n","author":{"url":"https://github.com/KBaroni","@type":"Person","name":"KBaroni"},"datePublished":"2019-08-20T21:52:53.000Z","interactionStatistic":{"@type":"InteractionCounter","interactionType":"https://schema.org/CommentAction","userInteractionCount":0},"url":"https://github.com/53/MLOpsPython/issues/53"}
