Description: PR Summary Adjusts the signature of bar and barh closes #7954 closes #8327 closes #8527 closes #8882 PR Checklist Has Pytest style unit tests Code is PEP 8 compliant Documentation is sphinx and numpydoc compliant Documented in doc/api/api_changes.rst if API changed in a backward-incompatible way I'll add specific tests later tonight, but the existing test do a pretty good job of covering these changes.
