Description: PR Summary Fixes a regression from #11495. #11495 used a definition list in documenting_mpl.rst and formatted the definitions bold in CSS. Unfortunately numpydoc/sphinx uses definition lists as well for the parameters. The CSS change leaked in there. This PR fixes the issue by reverting the CSS and switching from a definition list to subsections in documenting_mpl.rst. Example of the bug:
