I have found examples on the web quite easily but even then in some cases it didn't work on my colleagues' computers.\r\nHere is a slightly different code I modified from the one I found :\r\n\r\n        plot_backend = get_backend()\r\n        mng = plt.get_current_fig_manager()\r\n        if plot_backend == 'TkAgg':#Seems to be the most used backend\r\n            try:\r\n                mng.window.state('zoomed')#for Windows users\r\n            except _tkinter.TclError:\r\n                mng.resize(*mng.window.maxsize())#for Ubuntu users\r\n        elif plot_backend == 'wxAgg':\r\n            mng.frame.Maximize(True)\r\n        elif plot_backend == 'Qt4Agg':\r\n            mng.window.showMaximized()   \r\n\r\nI am new to pull request some I mark it as a draft one.
