Description: 概述为 Deep Code CLI 添加完整的主题系统，支持多套预设主题、实时预览切换、自定义配色，并修复了多个 UI 渲染问题。主要变更 1. 主题系统核心新增 ThemeTokens 类型定义（13 个语义化颜色 token）新增 resolveTheme 主题解析器，支持 preset / overrides / tokens 三种配置方式新增 ThemedChalk 将主题 token 映射到 chalk 样式函数新增 ThemeProvider / useTheme React Context 机制全局 setCurrentTheme / getCurrentThemedChalk 供非组件代码使用 2. 预设主题（8 套）预设名称说明 light 浅色主题（默认，浅色背景优化） dark 暗色主题（深色背景优化） github-light GitHub Light 风格主题 github-dark GitHub Dark 风格主题 monokai Monokai 风格主题 dracula Dracula 风格主题 ansi-light ANSI 浅色主题（标准 16 色） ansi-dark ANSI 暗色主题（标准 16 色） 3. /theme 选择器新增 ThemeDropdown 组件，支持方向键浏览、实时预览、Space/Enter 确认、Esc 取消回退预览时仅切换 UI 不保存，确认后持久化到 settings.json AppContext 新增 currentPreset / previewTheme / revertTheme 4. ThemeableStatic 组件替代 Ink 以支持主题切换时全量重渲染 key={themeVersion}:{resetKey} 机制：主题变化或会话切换时强制重新挂载 /new 清屏采用分步策略：先清空消息 → 清屏 → 再渲染 welcome 页面，避免 Ink 重绘覆盖 5. 退出摘要 React 化新增 ExitSummaryView 组件，替代 process.stdout.write 直接写入退出摘要通过 Ink React 渲染，解决终端滚动时内容丢失问题新增 buildExitSummaryData 返回结构化数据供组件使用 6. 文档同步更新 configuration.md / configuration_en.md：新增 /theme 命令描述 README.md / README-zh_CN.md / README-en.md：新增关于主题预设列表和 /theme 命令描述
