Create a blob.\r\n  2. Set `custom_time`.\r\n  3. Upload the blob .\r\n  4. Try to retrieve blob's `custom_time`.\r\n  5. Expected result is a `datatime`, but the actual result is `None`.\r\n\r\nIf blob's `custom_time` is set before uploading, it is just lost.
