Running the following in a Python REPL\r\n\r\n```\r\nimport os\r\nfrom git import Repo\r\nrepo = Repo(os.getcwd())\r\nrepo.repo.config_reader().get_value(\"user\", \"name\")\r\n'Me'\r\n```\r\nAnd if the user hasn't got a default user setting in the `~/gitconfig` file, it will throw `ConfigParser.NoSectionError: No section: 'user'` which is expected.\r\n\r\nConfig parser should support the `includeIf` directive in the config file.","author":{"url":"https://github.com/Svenito","@type":"Person","name":"Svenito"},"datePublished":"2020-09-02T08:52:57.000Z","interactionStatistic":{"@type":"InteractionCounter","interactionType":"https://schema.org/CommentAction","userInteractionCount":2},"url":"https://github.com/1053/GitPython/issues/1053"}
