Description: What this PR does / why we need it: Remove unused deps from Ingestion module, for the usual reasons of Good Housekeeping. My path to this: We were notified by vulnerability scanning about a hibernate-validator CVE (though it doesn't relate to library functionality Feast has used) Turns out that was addressed for master by upgrade in #421, backported to v0.4 in #472 I wanted to backport it to v0.3 to quell our vulnerability warning Upon inspection, javax.validation is no longer used anywhere in Feast, there is no need for its API nor hibernate-validator as implementation. Which issue(s) this PR fixes: None Does this PR introduce a user-facing change?: NONE
