This is intended to make it easier to check\r\nfor certain API misuse bugs by providing better types (not everything is\r\nan 'int').  While this does NOT change the binary API, this change\r\n_will_ cause compiler warnings for all legacy code -- until 'int' is\r\nreplaced with 'enum MHD_Result'.\r\n```\r\n\r\n### Steps to Reproduce\r\n\r\n1.
