Description: Summary publishApp deleted a file's live copy before uploadProjectFile rejected a replacement over 100 MiB (MAX_BUFFERED_PROJECT_FILE_BYTES), so publishing an oversized file left it missing from the app. Preflight: before any request, publishApp stats every file it will publish, up to eight at a time, and throws PublishError('invalid-input') if any is over the limit, so nothing is deleted or uploaded. The message names the oversized files, sorted; past five it lists the first four and , and N more. deepnote publish exits with code 2. A file that cannot be stat'ed throws PublishError('unreadable-directory'). Second check: the upload loop checks the size again after reading a file and before deleting its live copy, because the file can grow after the preflight. That file fails on its own, and the other files are still published. mapWithConcurrency: a private copy of the helper in @deepnote/local-runner, so no dependency is added. Docs: docs/deepnote-cli-publish.md, skills/deepnote/references/cli-publish.md and packages/cli/README.md list the refusal and its exit code. Tests: publish-app.test.ts covers the refusal and its five-file cap, a file of exactly the limit, a file that grows after the preflight, and a file that cannot be stat'ed.
